What Is the Difference Between a Hollow & Solid Concrete Block?
Concrete blocks, also called cinder blocks and cement blocks, come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes.
They are made out of a mixture of Portland cement, sand, gravel and water.
- Hollow blocks used for the internal partition and the rest walls
- Solid blocks used under slab on grade, around openings & in wet areas for height 1m to serve the plumbing work and fire rated walls
